Park Pyeong-jong
Head Judge of the 10th Ilwoo Photo Awards, Aesthete, Critic
Graduated from the Photography Department of Chung-Ang University and obtained a
Ph.D. in Aesthetics from Paris 10 University.
Currently, teaching Aesthetics and Contemporary Photography at the university,
researching fundamental theories on images and having an interest in contemporary
aesthetics. Emphasizing communication with artists, actively engaging in criticism
activities, and attempting to write for the general public. Served as a deliberation
committee member for the collection of works at the National Museum of Modern and
Contemporary Art (2007-2008). In 2010, judged the 'Today's Photo' on the Naver
portal. Planned the Seoul Photo Festival workshop in 2012.
Authored several books including the theoretical work on aesthetics, "Traces of Aesthetics" (2006, Misul Munhwa Sa), a brief history of 19th-century photography, "Competition of Photography" (2006, Nunbit), early Korean artist discourse "Pioneers of Korean Photography" (2007, Nunbit), the first collection of reviews "Self-sustaining Power of Korean Photography" (2010, Nunbit), and contemporary Korean artist discourse "Enchanting Photography" (2011, Photonet). Additionally, published numerous papers.

Photography Theorist
Graduated from Seoul National University with a major in Geography, obtained Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Arts and Literature from the Language Department of the Higher Institute of Social Sciences (EHESS) in Paris. Specializes in photography and visual aesthetics, previously served as an assistant professor in the Department of Photography and Moving Images at Chungbu University, currently working as an associate professor in the Department of Aesthetics at Seoul National University.

Shin Bo-seul
Completed a bachelor's degree in Philosophy at Ewha Womans University, a master's degree in Aesthetics from Hongik University Graduate School, and completed the doctoral program at Dongguk University. Started exhibition planning in 1997, worked as a founding member of Art Center Nabi from 2000 to 2002, served as the exhibition team leader for the Seoul International Media Art Biennale (Media City Seoul) from 2003 to 2005, curated the Uijeongbu Digital Art Festival (2005), and served as the responsible curator for the alternative space Loop.
Actively participated in domestic and international media art-related academic events and exhibitions, including the Berlin Transmediale in Germany (2005), Creative Evolution at Goldsmiths in London (2005), and the 1st CeC&CaC in Delhi, India. Since 2007, has been serving as the responsible curator for Total Museum of Contemporary Art.

another exhibition in Seoul (2008), Transmediale (Berlin, 2005),
