After graduating from the Department of Business Administration at Jeonju University, he majored in Documentary at Icart Photo in Paris, France, and worked as a photographer for the French photo agency 'Rapho'. He is currently a guest professor at the Graduate School of Cultural Industries at Jeonju University and has served as the general director of the Jeonju International Photo Festival, and he is also leading the social and public interest photo group 'Dream Flower Factory'.
